It covers the rights and responsibilities of both users and engineerAI.app regarding the use of the app, access to its features, and any associated services. It is essential to read and understand this agreement before using the app.

Key Terms Defined To ensure clarity and understanding throughout the EULA, certain key terms are defined below: Automation AI: Refers to the Automation AI application developed and provided by engineerAI.app, including any updates or modifications. User: Any individual or entity that downloads, installs, or uses Automation AI on a device. License: The permission granted by engineerAI.app to the user to use Automation AI in accordance with the terms of the EULA. Automation Assistant: The suite of tools and intelligent support features embedded in Automation AI for industrial applications. engineerAI.app: Refers to the developer, owner, and provider of Automation AI. Device: Any compatible hardware device on which Automation AI is installed or used. Content: Includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, audio, designs, and any other materials provided within Automation AI. Updates: Refers to any new versions, features, enhancements, or modifications made to Automation AI by engineerAI.app.

2.0 LICENSE GRANT

By downloading, installing, or using Automation AI ("the App"), you ("Licensee") agree to the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") as set forth by engineerAI.app ("Licensor"). The EULA governs the rights and obligations related to the use of the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
