Welcome to the Privacy Policy of PLC Academy (“licensor," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy is designed to inform users ("licensee," "you," or "your") about the types of information we collect, how we use and share this information, the security measures we implement, your choices regarding your data, and how to contact us with privacy-related concerns. By accessing or using the Automation AI application ("the App") and platform in general, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The platform is hosted and administered in the Mexico and is governed by Mexican legislation. Any personal information you submit will be sent to us in Mexico and will be stored on servers located in the Mexico. You agree to have your personal information sent to the Mexico in order to get services on the Automation AI: PLC Simulator.
If you are visiting a website from outside the Mexico, please be aware that Mexican law may not provide the same level of privacy protection as the law in your region.

You agree that when you download, install, use, access, or otherwise engage with the application or website, we may use automated techniques to gather information about your Device and about you and your use of the application and the Services.
You may also be needed to supply some information about yourself in order to download, install, or use the application or certain of its features or capabilities, and the application may allow other users to share relevant data about yourself and about others.
Our Privacy Policy applies to all information we collect via or in connection with our Applications and Websites. By downloading, installing, using, or giving information to or through our Applications and/or Websites, you indicate that you have received, read, and understood the terms of our Privacy Policy, and that you accept and consent to all actions done by us in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Licensor’s use of your personal information shall be governed by this Privacy Policy. By using the Licensed Application, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal and other information from you when you provide information to us or whenever you interact with us via the app and/or services. The following below are some of the ways Licensor collect information when you use the Automation AI App:
Personal Information: Includes your name, email address, contact details, and any other information you choose to share.
Information Provided through Communication: Forms within the app collect name, email, address, and phone number so we can reply properly. We may store such data but don’t sell or license it without your express permission.
Device Information: Device type, OS, identifiers, and network data.
Usage Data: Features used, session time, interactions.
Information from Partners: Third-party data such as company size, contact info, ad click behavior.
